Driving Under the Influence can be a very emotional subject. However, it is expected that posters treat each other with a minimum of respect. Please try to keep personal attacks out of your posts. With this being said, The Mods will try not to edit posts unless they contain excessive vulgar language or inappropriate images. If a complaint is lodged with the adminstarator regarding a posters behavior - that person will recieve one warning and if the inappropriate conduct continues they will be banned from the site.

This Forum will not tolerate SPAM of any kind. If you spam the forums your IP will be permanently banned immediately and the offending post removed. For those that wish to post links to their own site (either in posts or in their signature) they will be removed (unless you contact me first and I state that you have permission).

For DUI Lawyers - I would ask that rather than posting links to your site, you PM it to the party that you believe wants it. Be aware that excessive or harrassing PM's will also result in a warning and then a ban.

If DUI Attorneys wish to have a private forum to discuss whatever and post their site links I am amenable. Please PM me if you are a DUI Lawyer and are interested. (I will likely require some sort of proof that you are actually an Attorney to join this forum - suggestions welcome for how to do so).

I hope that these Forums can be a place for the free exchange of ideas and information regarding Driving Under the Influence. If you have suggestions :idea: to add to or improve the forums please let me know.
